Barrister Azubuike
Barrister Azubuike is a lawyer and property investor. He opened Portland Resort Hotel so Port Harcourt would have a quiet, well-run place to stay — with safety and privacy as the starting point.
The hotel now has 135+ rooms. The project also created local jobs and used local builders and materials.
