To ensure 4-star safety and immaculate suite hygiene across our gated resort: - Identity Requirement: Every guest checking into a suite must present valid government photo ID (Passport, National ID, Voter’s Card, Driver’s License) at Front Desk. - Standard Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM (12:00 WAT noon). - 1-Hour Deep Cleaning Window: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM reserved for housekeeping & suite sanitization. - Standard Check-In Time: 1:00 PM (13:00 WAT). - Minimum Age: Lead guest must be at least 18 years old. - Registration Form: All occupants must fill out the official guest registry upon arrival.

Portland Resort Hotel prioritizes rest and privacy for all guests: - Enforced Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily across all lodging corridors, suite floors, and executive wings. - Excessive Noise: Television volumes, music speakers, or loud conversations in guest rooms must be kept at moderate levels. Parties or unapproved gatherings inside guest suites are strictly prohibited.

- Pool Operating Hours: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. - Proper Swimwear Required: Swimming pool attire is required (no denim, streetwear, or cotton shirts allowed in pool water). - Children Supervision: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times. - Glassware Prohibition: No glass bottles, glass cups, or breakable containers allowed around the swimming pool deck. Plastic and acrylic cups are available at the pool bar. - Fitness Gym: Athletic shoes and towels required in the fitness center. Equipment must be wiped down after use.

- Non-Smoking Rooms: All guest rooms, executive suites, indoor corridors, and banquet halls are strictly 100% Non-Smoking. - Designated Smoking Zones: Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, or shisha/hookah) is permitted ONLY in designated outdoor garden lounges and open-air rooftop terraces. - Cleaning Penalty: Smoking inside a guest room triggers deep-cleaning, air decontamination, and fabric restoration fees of ₦50,000 billed directly to the room folio.

- Day Visitors: Non-registered visitors are welcome in public resort areas (Lobby, Munachim Rooftop Lounge, Restaurant) until 10:00 PM. - Night Visitor Registration: Any visitor remaining in a guest room past 10:00 PM must register at the Front Desk with valid ID and may be subject to additional occupant tariffs.

For hygiene and allergy prevention across our 135+ luxury suites, pets and domestic animals are not permitted on resort premises, with the exception of certified service animals assisting guests with disabilities (prior notification required).

- Firearms & Prohibited Items: Firearms, weapons, explosives, or illegal narcotics are strictly forbidden on resort grounds. Armed personal security details accompanying guests must register firearms with Resort Security Management upon entry. - Estate Speed Limit: Driving speed inside Cedarwood Estate is capped at 20 km/h. Please respect estate residents and pedestrian walkways.
